I’m so happy when I saw a post on A Room of One’s Own that the read-a-long for War and Peace, by Leo Tolstoy was gonna be extended until June 2012. I started reading the book this year but only managed to finish Part I (Chapters 1 – 25; Rupa Classics; translated by Constance Garnett) and started a bit of Part II. Distractions got in the way and I abandoned reading the book.
Anyways, hopefully with this read-a-long I could finish this book by June 2012. I think I’m gonna start this December and see if I could catch up. I’m really looking forward to this challenge.
